I’m Natalie Wood from Auckland, NZ.

When did you start at Tradify and what do you do exactly?

I started in mid-2021 and I work as an Inside Sales Specialist. My job is to help tradies learn how to use Tradify.

The best thing about working with Tradespeople is…

They’re easy to talk to, approachable, and I love how friendly tradespeople are.

What’s the top priority in your role?

Making sure our customers are happy with how Tradify works, are saving time on admin, and are making the most out of Tradify.
