Terms and Conditions

1. Primary Promoter
   Tradify Limited, of 81 Union Street, CBD, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand
2. Eligibility
   i) This campaign is exclusively open to participants in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, South Africa, and Ireland, who are existing subscribers to Tradify.
   ii) Referrals must subscribe to a paid Tradify plan during the campaign period to qualify.
3. Campaign Period
   The campaign begins at 00:00 (UTC) / 00:00 (GMT, London time) on 29th January 2025 and ends at 23:59 (UTC) / 23:59 (GMT, London time) on 28th February 2025.
4. Referral Credits
   i) Referral credits earned during the campaign will be applied to both the referrer’s and the referred person’s Tradify accounts as a discount on their subscription fees.
   ii) Double Referral Credit: For each Valid Referral during the campaign period, participants will receive a referral reward as follows:
   • GBP £300 in the United Kingdom
   • AUD $500 in Australia
   • NZD $500 in New Zealand
   • USD $320 in the United States
   • CAD $400 in Canada
   • ZAR 5,000 in South Africa
   • EUR €350 in Ireland
5. Reward Criteria
   i) The referred mate must transition from a Free Trial Account to a paid Tradify subscription.
   ii) Only referrals made through the Tradify Mates Rates link are eligible.
   iii) Referrals that do not meet these eligibility criteria will not qualify for rewards.
6. Application of Credits
   i) Referral credits earned during the campaign will be applied to your Tradify account as a discount on your subscription fees.
   ii) Credits will be applied to your next invoice following the referred mate's transition to a paid subscription.
   iii) A maximum of 75% of your monthly subscription fee can be covered by referral credits each month. For example, if your monthly subscription is GBP £80, up to GBP £60 worth of "Mates Rates" credits will be applied, and you will be invoiced for the remaining GBP £20.
7. Multiple Referrals
   i) If multiple referrals become Tradify customers, credits will be applied sequentially.
   ii) Once one credit has been fully utilised, the next credit will be applied in subsequent months.
8. Cancellation of Referred Subscriptions
   i) If a referred customer cancels their Tradify subscription before the full redemption of your Mates Rates credit, Tradify reserves the right to cancel any unused portion of your credit.
9. Compliance and Limitations
   i) Participants must comply with all applicable terms and Tradify’s Mates Rates Programme Terms and Conditions.
   ii) Tradify reserves the right to terminate any participant’s involvement in this campaign for suspected fraud or breach of terms.
   iii) Tradify is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control.
10. Governing Law
    This campaign is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved as outlined in the Tradify Mates Rates Programme Terms and Conditions.
11. Amendments
    Tradify reserves the right to amend or terminate this campaign. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email.

    By participating in this campaign, you agree to these campaign-specific terms and the overarching Tradify Mates Rates Programme Terms and Conditions
