You'll have to set up service reminders on the web version of Tradify.

Service reminders will only be available on the Plus plan.

The email will be sent 2 weeks prior to the service due date. However, this date can vary depending on various factors, and will only be sent Monday - Friday between 9 am & 5 pm. 

Yes, if the email has not been queued to send, the user can turn the reminder off within the Service reminder’s detail screen. 

Service reminder emails have a 2-week cooldown period. This means only 1 service reminder email can be sent every 2 weeks for the same job. So multiple reminders may be sent if the user changes the service due date, but they will always be at least 2 weeks apart. 

Yes, you can edit, or create a new email template within settings to change the content of the reminder email.
